EVENTS & WORKSHOPS

Sunday, February 1st, 2 PM - 5 PM

A guided group shopping adventure where trying on is the activity, no makeovers, no pressure, just vintage racks, bad ideas encouraged, and the freedom to break a few invisible rules. Come roam, try on the “absolutely not” pieces, laugh a lot, and maybe stumble into something weirdly perfect.

RSVP

Monday, February 2nd, 6:30 PM - 9 PM

A quiet, self-led practice of movement and choiceful connection, beginning with grounding into yourself, then gently exploring the subtle space where contact could emerge, without pressure or expectation. Held by simple agreements and the collective intelligence of the group, it’s a spacious, consent-based environment to move, sense, and relate at your own pace.

RSVP

Sunday, February 8th, 5:30 PM

Dress Up for the Big Game is exactly what it sounds like: a cozy, rowdy Big Game watch party with food, drinks, yelling at the TV, and everyone in a dress or skirt. No agenda, no pressure, just a playful dress code, good company, a little bravery, and a fun excuse to do football a little differently together.

RSVP

Saturday, February 14, 3 PM - 7 PM

This workshop is a gentle, consent-centered exploration of desire and being desired—inviting participants to step into unfamiliar roles and reconnect with beauty, yearning, and presence without pressure to perform. Through embodied practice and choiceful connection, we create space to experience desire as spacious, mutual, and deeply human.

RSVP

Monday, February 16, 6:30 PM - 8 PM

A monthly, in-person series that explores how a man’s inner life lives in specific parts of his body. Each session centers on one body part as a concrete entry point for somatic inquiry into connection, communication, pleasure, desire, and relationship—grounded in direct experience rather than abstract conversation.  We explore how to be at ease with ourselves and each other, and ultimately to the world around us.

RSVP

By Appointment

A guided, studio-based experience inviting people to explore masculinity, courage, and freedom through the body, not just ideas. Through gentle, supported experiments with expression, movement, and appearance, participants are invited to examine learned fears around femininity and expand their emotional and expressive range. This is not about becoming less masculine, but gaining more access, flexibility, and self-trust. Please reach out if you or someone you know wants to participate in the challenge.

Masc Femme Challenge

Are you up to the challenge? Join us as we excavate beliefs and emotions around masculinity and femininity. Can you deepen your awareness? How do conventions grind on imperceptibly and work to limit you? Ever wonder how living in another gender’s reality impacts how one thinks and sees the world? Explore how your relationship to your own body, dress, and appearance – and judgments of those around you - impact communications in a wide variety of contexts. Step into another’s shoes (maybe even literally!) and crack open your awareness to find deep wells of empathy and understanding for self and others.

“But I don’t have any uncovered beliefs or emotions relating to masculinity and femininity.” Maybe so, and still, I ask you to please consider this: We live in a world where the conventions around gender are ever present, working and grinding, making their mark upon us, sometimes constraining us, sometimes empowering us, often without our awareness. And for good reason, we need to function in this world and get on with our days. It takes time and energy to stay aware of the markers that we literally wrap and adorn our bodies in almost every hour of the day. I have been expending lots and lots of energy, exploring this realm for years. I am still making discoveries all the time. Discoveries that empower me and open me up to more freedom and joy. So, let’s dig together and see what we may uncover!

What to Expect:
Props of conventional masculinity and femininity guide us to tap into millennia of expectations and trauma that serve to complicate our relationships to our own emotions and choices. Wedive into exercises that help us step across the gender divide and catalyze deeper understanding of both ourselves and those around us.

This workshop is open to individuals, friends, couples and more, and welcoming to all genders.

Dress comfortably and bring an object that represents a gender other than your own, whether it be clothing, tools, art, makeup - any physical object that you can touch, hold, or wear.

6:30pm doors open. Time to get settled in your mind and body, relax or stretch with some chill background music.
7:00pm doors close and workshop begins. Please be on time so as not to disrupt the container.

Light snacks and tea during the event. Soup for those who want to stay after an chill.

Suggested donation $5-$25.

Gender Empathy Games

Ever wonder how living in another gender’s reality impacts how one thinks and sees the world? Even with good intentions, communications across gender often run up against frustrating brick walls. “He doesn’t understand?” “Does she care to know what I really think?” “Are they just trying to manipulate me?” Explore how your relationship to your own body, dress, and appearance – and judgments of those around you - impact communications in a wide variety of contexts. Step into another’s shoes (maybe even literally!) and crack open your awareness to find deep wells of empathy and understanding.

What to Expect:
This workshop is open to individuals, friends, couples and more, and welcoming to all genders.

Working on our own, in pairs, and small groups we will explore the ways stereotypical masculine or feminine conventions impact our communications styles and abilities. Relaxing into our breath and bodies as a community we tap into self-healing capacity and return to those fundamentals throughout our practice. Prompts and props of conventional masculinity and femininity will be utilized to help us tap into millenia of expectations and trauma that serve to complicate our relationships to our own bodies and our communication styles. Exercises that help us step across the gender divide catalyze deeper understanding of both ourselves and those around us .

This will be a shoes off cushion on the floor seated and moving event. Please dress appropriately.
