What happens when you step into a more intensive version of this work?

Boot Camp is a concentrated, immersive series for men who want to go deeper. Over a set arc, we work more directly with the patterns that shape how you move, express, and relate. Through embodied exercises, real-world experimentation, and repeated exposure to specific edges, the work builds momentum and begins to shift what feels possible

What happens when you let yourself be seen, desired, and received through the body?

This is a movement-based, dance-centered exploration of your relationship to beauty, desire, and being witnessed. Through guided, consent-based exercises, you’ll move, observe, and interact in real time. One person offers their embodied presence; another practices noticing, receiving, and naming what they want. We slow the exchange down so both roles can be felt — the vulnerability and power of being seen, and the responsibility and pleasure of witnessing with care

Who it’s for: Couples and individuals who want to explore desire, attraction, beauty, and communication through movement and embodied interaction
